Overnight lodging in the newly remodeled farmhouse can be added to any package for $695/nt

 

 Our one day wedding packages include:

  • Optional on-site overnight lodging in the newly remodeled farmhouse

  • 12-hour rental of our WATERFRONT Wedding Venue (usually 10am-10pm)

  • 1 hour rehersal time the day before your wedding (based on availability)

  • tables and chairs are included - 60" round tables, rectangular tables, fan back chairs

  • Our NEW 3,400 sq ft Covered Pavilion - nestled in an amazing, private and serene treed setting

  • Our beautiful Repurposed Red Barn for ceremonies, receptions and barn dances (concrete floor)

  • Our gorgeous Riverfront Ceremony location that overlooks the Pend Oreille RIver (weather permitting)

  • Our elegant Bridal Suite inside our remodeled farmhouse with antique vanities & a full bathroom

  • A large covered patio off the bridal suite with river and expansive open mountain views

  • Our Rustic Western-Themed Saloon for the groom & groomsmen

  • Groomsmen cabin is also a great place for children to gather-bring toys to keep them entertained

  • Multiple photo opportunities throughout the property: Western Town, White Farm Truck, Old ford Tractor, Aspen Tree Area, Waterfront View areas, Tree-lined Driveway, Wooded Trails, etc

  • A caterering kitchen for minor food prep

  • Set up and removal of ceremony chairs, reception tables / chairs & garbage disposal

  • Rustic timber frame arbor at the waterfront ceremony Area & shepherd hooks to line wedding aisle

  • large glass beverage dispensers, claw foot bathtub & old wash tubs for iced beverages

  • Chest freezer for ice, 2 full size refrigerators for food, beverages, large white coolers if needed

  • Vintage, shabby chic antique furniture to use for beverages, cake table, wedding gifts, etc

  • Designated smoking area.  (Due to high fire danger in summer months, this may be limited in availability)

  • Trash disposal and clean up of barn and pavilion area

  • Portable toilets (including ADA)

  • Plenty of on-site parking

 

Guests may provide their own:

  • Catering, food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages

  • Beer, Wine & champagne is allowed (A $11 Washington State banquet license is required if any alcohol is served.)  If any hard liquor is served, a licensed bartender must be hired & credentials/information given to the venue 7 days prior.  Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 9:30 PM & Timber River Ranch strongly encourages the use of designated drivers and on-site lodging 

  • DJ Music - but must be turned down by 9:45pm and concluded by 10 PM due to county noise ordinance

  • Please note: Linens are not included but can be rented from all about weddings, event rents, etc

 

Rates include up to 150 total guests (an additional $3/guest fee may be added if we need to hire additional labor to move chairs, tables, etc.)  For larger groups, extra tables, chairs, porta-potties, etc may need to be rented by the wedding group as well-depending on the size of your group)

 

Portable heaters are also on site and available for rent in case of inclement weather

 

Wedding parties must obtain event insurance through www.wedsafe.com
